I believe we have a huge varieties of wines to chill with Any of you know our "Prosecco"? These are the hill where I live and we we produce this fabulous sparkling white wine, made from fermented grape juice. Now is the real season for the grape harvest. Very important: Prosecco is not Champagne. Champagne is from France, Prosecco is from Italy. We use different grapes such as the Glera grape, while Champagne uses Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. And again, we use different methods for getting the bubbles into the sparkling wine. Champagne adds the yeast into the bottles (known and the Traditional
Method), Prosecco adds it into the tanks and bottles it afterwards. less
